Apartment 12 - the bathroom was nice and looked recently refurbished. Clean comfortable bed. Ok size for 2 people. Nice toiletries and towels. Good location in-between Lytham and St Annes.

Apartment 12 - Dated decor and furniture, smelt a little musty. Not sparkly clean all over. TV remote missing and no wine glasses etc. Feels a bit forgotten compared to the rest of the building.
