Perfect location

It smelt damp and musty. Reported this as soon as we arrived. Told they would come and spray the room. It smelt no better on our return. Wallpaper hanging off all around the window, suggesting dampness.suggested this was not good for health reasons. No call back. No follow-up, nothing.

Very comfortable flat, with all amenities required. Very clean and comfortable. Gorgeous garden with available car parking. Staff very helpful. Convenient for bus to Blackpool.

The gardens and house were beautifully maintained. It was a stunning property. The location was perfect, near the beach and town centre but quiet. Car parking on site or on the street was a great plus. The room was comfortable with everything you would need for a few days away. The check in arrangements were great and good communication throughout.

The bathroom did not match up with the cleanliness and standard of the rest of the property and room. It smelled quite musty, looked a bit past its best. There was a build up of grime on the tiles but I think this was mainly to do with the bathroom not having proper ventilation due to no window in the bathroom. It didn’t ruin the trip by any stretch but it was a bit of a let down in comparison to the rest of the place

Very odd to a traditional person like me to have no human interaction.

Unfortunately the WiFi wasn't working but the staff were very quick to help and considerate.

Kitchen missing frying pan, knives and tumbler glasses. Shower over bath leaked through glass panel on to floor, making potential slip hazard

It was just great,loved everything about it ,except for a couple of niggles ,which to be fair had I rung up could have been solved, but we were only there 2 nights ,I'd definitely stay again

The step straight as you opened door,sign on door needs to be bigger I didn't see it and fell down them,no plug for kitchen sink, and soap dispensers in bathroom were empty ,had I rung customer service I'm sure it would have been sorted but didn't bother as only there 2 nights
