Great location for seafront/ amenities Great communication / local information from hosts and easy access to property Parking on site or side road . Property reasonable price Lovely soft fresh towels Large electric fan in lounge

Our Apartment was at front of property , so problem with busy road noise , especially if windows needed to be opened. Uncomfortable mattress main bedroom 2nd bedroom too small for 2 beds Only 2 mugs / 2 drinking glasses for 4 people Far too many cushions in lounge and bedrooms so difficult to keep clean .

Location, space, gardens, comfortable, kitchen had everything you need. The whole building is spotless and welcoming. We will return when visiting Lytham.

Easy access to property. Clean and comfortable. Everything we needed for our stay . Comfortable beds

There was a damp smell in the kitchen. Guessing it's from the drains. We kept the window open so wasn't too much of a problem. Maybe put in an automatic air freshener for next guests .
