AirTrip Apartments on Tribune Street

Accomodation location was brilliant - right next to a train station, and next to South Bank gardens and cafes

We didn't get instructions for key pick up until night before (fair enough) but didn't realise key pick up was another train station away - we trundled a good few blocks that we could have avoided.

lack of information about local attractions, places to eat, transport etc as well as in-house amenities like how to access the pool and wi-fi would be great to provide some basic supplies like salt & pepper, oil, small milk, more tea bags needs a shelf in the shower for soap etc confusing key collection process - we were sent 2 different sets of instructions/codes etc

The apartment is nice and well located.

Collecting and returning keys was very inconvenient. The check in platform does not specify that after hours key collection must be done 1km away from the property. It implies the keys are collected on site by using a code. I arrived to the property at night carrying lots of luggage to find out that I needed to collect the keys from the office located 1km away. Not the kind of service I expect for the price paid.

Great location very comfortable and clean and good facilities.

It was no problem but there should be a warning that you have to pick up and drop off the keys from about a kilometre away.

Lounge was uncomfortable. Broken glass in bathroom. Bedside lamp broken. Bathroom exhaust won't turn off unless you turn main power off to appartment.
