No parking and not made clear when booking Method to obtain and return keys inconvenient

Location fabulous for me as literally steps to my Brisbane office.

The pick up if the key. It was a terrible experience. Rang to ask what was the closest train station and was given the wrong info. Couldn’t get the key box to work. Had to let my Uber go as they wouldn’t wait any longer. Cost Me an $30 extra to pick key up and $25 to drop key off. Which was very annoying. It’s over 2k from the location. Also large crack in bathroom mirror that I was worried I would get blamed for.

Links didn’t work to check in directions and when they were received were not clear - ie we were not advised of how to access the Emporium Residences vs Emporium Hotel - the Hotel staff had to explain to us! No pool towels - we had to use the only 2 bath towels we had in the room Nowhere to put toiletries within the shower other than the floor - I suggest a shelf

location was great and was the best thing about the apartment. It was comfortable and just right for my wife and me. The access to the apartment was perfect and easy. There were so many places to eat especially along southbank.

The couch was dirty. There were stains on the cushions on the couch. We had issues with ventilation when we trying to cook. The window also were really dirty. The main circuit breaker tripped when we tried to use the iron in the living room as well.

Not the cleanest place. A lot of hair lying around. Even found some nose boogers disposed on the wall around the couch. Also, some of the decorative details were broken (like the glass mirror in the bathroom (not the main one) Laundry machine is more for show, and tumble dryer need an extensive clean up before it was willing to start (on its first use)

Location good for South Bank

Poor communication from Airtrip office re check in instructions Key pick up required attending Airtrip office 2km away from accomodation Key has to be returned there after your stay Very noisy property above bus expressway and train station

Brilliant location on Southbank in Brisbane.

We liked it once we found it. Bed was comfortable and easy access to south bank and ferry services

The problem that at no time were we told the room was located in a well known hotel and we kept looking around that building to search for it. It took us several hours of searching, and then we had to get a taxi to go find the place where the keys were. Also, we typed the property address with the name into our GPS and ended up in the city. Definitely lacked on explanation of the location of the property!!

I was not aware when booking that the keys to the apartment were 950metres away. Very misleading. We would never had booked it if we had known this vital piece of valuable information.
