There wasn’t much at all that we didn’t like about the property it was lovely

Helpful staff

Need to attend another site to obtain/return key No early check-in or late check-out. Had to turn main switch on/off for fridge tv and 2 power points in kitchenette Could not find manual for dishwasher Microwave too high

Located in the most perfect spot easy to find in the end after being told where it was as we weren't from the area Nice and close to restaurants and the river easy getting scooters as there were always out the front of the building. And loved that when you book this place you get valet parking for as long as you want for a very cheap price and the staff are very friendly couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.

The bed was a little uncomfortable and couldn't work out the aircon till I looked it up on the internet

15 minute walk without luggage to office to get keys and they push for different check in and check out times than advertised causing stress and logistics issues. We had to call Booking.com to resolve and fight the hosts over n multiple phone calls for hours. This is unacceptable. False advertising of amenities provided by photos, of check in and check out times, no clarity until paid off the distance to collect keys from and the property key feature is advertised as a private pool. The pool was shared with the whole hotel and apartment complex and not functioning. We have sought rectification with no result. This is unacceptable false advertising

Wonderful location and facilities

The bedsheets were quite stinky. Even the spare ones in the closet had a nasty smell.
