Awesome location, central to everything and very clean room.

The fact that I had to pickup the keys from another location approx 600m away and drop it back there after checking out.

Property was very spacious. Neat and tidy and bed was comfortable

The fact that you have to go to the other side of Brisbane to pick up and drop off the keys. This is not clear in the initial booking.

Collect the kay, the email tells only 4min to collect the kay, but it takes 20 min to walk...

Unit was comfortable

TV needs replacing - has red lines through it. Key pickup from alternate location was a terrible experience. For people traveling, this creates an extra level of complexity. There was also a cleaning fee charge added that was not in the original booking. Has to fill out a rental agreement and deposit of $300. Would have cancelled but was too late to find alternate accommodation Will not be booking airtrip again because of the key and cleaning issue. Did not appreciate the hidden extras. Just wanted to book a room and turn up.

The location of the apartment was great, but it was a major hassel to get and return the keys from the lockers, which were 30 min walk away.

Having to walk 30 mins from the appartment in hot humid conditions with heavy cases to collect and drop off the keys. For this reason, I wouldn't stay in this apartment again. I also had trouble getting a tax invoice. It took 5 days to get one.
