Everything is working and looks nice and clean. There is also a lot of space in the room and bathroom. The homeowners are really friendly and helpful. The location and the breakfast are also great

Between 4-4:30am you will be woken up by the call for prayer of the nearby mosque. It is so loud that not even earplugs will help.

Very clean spacious room, great location, friendly host.

Immacculately clean, light, airy and well appointed. The bedroom was large - lots of space for the traveller to spread out, with an excellent bathroom. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious - the best cooking we had encountered so far in our 8 days in Indonesia and so beautifully presented. Its half an hour walk from the sultan's palace but it's in a nice quiet alley and there are restaurants within easy walking distance. Highly recommended.

It's very close to a mosque if the early morning call to prayer bothers you.

Djodi has a very calming and zen presence. He was always helpful during our stay and his staff/family as well. The room is spacious, very clean and well maintained. The bathroom is definitely above standard, especially compared to southern East Asian standards. There was a small balcony in our room where we enjoyed our free coffee every morning. It's true that it can get noisy in the morning due to the mosque and neighbouring animals but, in all honesty, if you want to make the most of Yogya and surrounding attractions, you need to get up early anyway. Use it as an excuse to see early sunlight. We enjoyed everything, we felt welcomed and we would go back.
