The staff were nice and friendly and the room itself was very modern, clean and tidy

When booking it gave me the impression we would be in a tree house room overlooking the vegetation and rice paddies this was not the case, although the room itself was nice we had a small decking outside that was very uninviting, also the main pool on the top sun deck was drained and the timbers were all broken and some removed, again not what was shown on the internet, some hours after leaving our room our first morning my wife received an email asking did we want our room cleaning, I would of thought this was a given so we said yes and had to ask for more botted water and toilet rolls, the towels weren't replaced and were wet through with there being no towel rack and no where to dry them, personally dissatisfied myself

It’s quite noisy - I hear a lot of scooter noise from my room. There aren’t many plugs in the room. I can see the aircon filter is filled with dust. It’s hard to sleep with the aircon right above of my head…

The bed room and access

The design and fit out was beautiful. The view was very relaxing. Comfy bed, as well as friendly and helpful staff.

It was unfortunate the room didn’t have the green rice paddy’s like in the images at my time of stay. There were also a lot of bugs, two large ones I had to remove from the room, and I got bitten on my face while sleeping a few times.

That's a beautiful property with excellent villas, nice territory, swiming pool and preakfast are perfect! very quiet inside, spa is alo a high level! Deffinetely highly recommended!
