Beautiful area, calm small village, friendly and professional staff, good apartment, free parking, swimming pool and sauna…

Great and helpful staff (even though all Hungarian), old school customs with dedicated tables for you during whole stay. Tasty food, though sweet choice is limited. Good price for drinks.

Not sufficient parking space. Slightly dated interiors.

Actually everything: location in a beautiful valley, own terrace, pool with no additional charge and mountains view, bathtub, bar etc.

Spacious parking, great ski room. Great location - calm, walking distance to center, shop, etc. Ski bus stop right in front of the hotel. Good sauna, nicely renovated bathroom. Open bar and self service for both breakfast and dinner, mix of Austrian + Hungairan cuisine (quite interesting).

Cold swimming pool with limited space around. The light at our table stopped working in the middle of our stay, nobody fixed it. The staff speaks Hungarian or German, communication in English could be a bit difficult.

Good value for money compared to alternatives. The location is good and room was clean. Swimming pool was fine for my kids and they enjoyed it

Limited food choices at dinner, suggest they have staples such as bread and cheese so if fussy eaters like my kids they can atleast have bread and butter! Although limited English speaking staff the service was good for drinks

The staff is welcoming, location is nice. Skibus will pick you up next to the hotel. Really comfortable with the half-board. Cleaning personnel will do a quick clean-up while you eating your breakfast. Breakfast food is standard, eggs, bread, cheese, some salad, enough to get some calories before the ski day. We would also pack a little take-away sandwiches. Dinner is also simple, but food was mostly tasty, during a week we found some chicken, fish, beef, soups etc. We would always find something tasty out of buffet to make us happy after the skiing, polishing with a little desert. Really enjoyed little sauna and a swimming pool. A little spa time after snowboaring in Rauris. We were 3 couples with 3 small kids. Squash facilities and little gym is also very nice to have!

The furniture and facilities in general are somewhat tired and need to be refreshed. Sauna, kids room needs some care. It was also slightly cold during first few days in the room.

Everything was great. We have no complaints. The food was delicious, the staff was helpful, the location was perfect with walking distance to ski lift and central of the village, the beds were comfortable , the room was large and perfectly clean(cleaned everyday), and the view OMG view from our balcony was breathtaking. It is really family friendly hotel. We recommend! We want to thank you Sonnhof for wonderful Christmas! We will come back for sure!
