"Hirafu ski , good choice"

Very new resort in Niseko Hirafu, quite modern hotel with onsen in hotel , 300 meters walking distance to Ace family lift , convenient. Ski locker room is very nice and very easy to access. Room is quite nice and good size , breakfast quality is good .

Busy time of breakfast 7:15-8:15 , you need to wait a little bit , maximum 5 mins

Nice staff, convenient & flexible shuttle service, easy access to the ski lifts, restaurants and shops

The restaurant is a bit too small, always no seat in the morning. For the room service, I had to order takeout from the restaurant via TableCheck, which was a bit complicated.

"Premium accommodation (and price) but would recommend and stay again!"

Outstanding quality accommodation, service, apartment inclusions, location.

Breakfast was a bit inconsistent ie availability of dishes but staff very friendly and would refill promptly when asked.

"One of the best places we have ever stayed"

The staff are exceptional and go above and beyond! Beautiful onsen, stunning design, great ski storage, close to the lifts/free shuttle service in Hirafu, and a delicious breakfast.

You can hear your neighbors if you stay in a lockout room.

"An excellent week of skiing"

My wife and I stayed for 5 nights. The standout were the staff. Friendly and very professional. Nothing was too difficult. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is excellent. Outdoor onsen is fantastic after a day on the mountain. Locker room is fit for purpose. Heated, secure and well ventilated.

Our room was listed as having a bath tub by booking.com The matter was reviewed and resolved promptly by the general manager. The price point. However, staying close to the lifts in Hirafu is a premium product.
