Intuition

Living space was new and clean, had a washer dryer which helped a lot in our travels. Rooms were very spacious and had a very well stocked kitchen for our own cooking needs.

Wifi speeds could be a little bit better

If they had pointed out the humidifiers- I didn’t notice til we were leaving. That would have helped immensely.

Breakfast was good. Staff were great, helpful and very nice. Apartment was fabulous with en-suite rooms. Well supplied kitchen and few mins walk to the ski lift

had a miscommunication about pick up - was a bit stranded upon arrival which wasn’t great in the snow / after 24 hours of travel. also room wad so hot at night and the AC wouldn’t turn on.

Very conveniently located a few minutes walk to Hirafu's restaurants and shops, beautiful in an understated way, well designed and comfortable with immaculate facilities. We stayed during off peak season (late March) so we got a very good rate.

Lobby is not as grand as Setsu or Sansui. Staff sometimes can be a bit cold but we didn't really need to interact with them much except at breakfast or at check in/out (in fact we don't see much of anyone around but that's not an issue in itself)

Everything was so smooth, clean, and organized. Additionally, the shuttle service was the most convenient.
