Intuition

Excellent location, beautiful & immaculate hotel with top notch amenities, delicious & unique breakfast with special touches here and there (vitamins, house- made health juice, etc). Staff went above and beyond for guests - friendly & consistently offering great suggestions or assistance without being asked. Front desk was able to assist us in finding a last minute private transfer from airport to hotel after we missed our connecting flight the evening prior to arrival. We loved the easy & prompt hotel shuttle, in-house ski lockers with heating elements to ensure dry gear the next day, tranquil onsen, location of hotel (close enough to walk to ski lift and restaurants but set back enough that the hotel felt more intimate), extra linens and comforters in every room. 10/10 stay - an absolute recommendation - our family's new favorite place for a getaway.

Overall, it seems that beds in Japan are quite firm. Beds at Intuition were medium firm - not quite as hard as a rock as other hotels, which was appreciated. Would be great if they could offer removable pillow top for US guests that tend to choose fluffy and softer bedding. We were able to take the extra comforters from the closets and pile them under the sheet to create a pillow top, which worked out fine for us.

This resort and the staff was amazing, hands down will be on my go to for next year!

This was literally one of the nicest hotel experiences of all time! We were so impressed by every detail - the hospitality and friendliness of the staff, the convenient rides that were provided by Sophie and Guy - they were so cool - the onsen, the rooms and toiletries, the onsen... we could go on and on about how blown away we were by the experience. 11/10 would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a luxury ski hotel experience in Niseko!

Good Location, very friendly and helpful Staff, relaxing onsen, very clean n comfortable rooms with a great view - everything was perfect 👌 Special mention about few staff who went out of their way to help us - Zak, Simon, Sophie, Harley, Honza, Tahley - Be it finding a vegetarian restaurant or, helping us with our ski stuff.. and keeping kids engaged while we did a quick stop at the family mart - thanks to all the friendly staff :-)
