Important Note: • No smoking is allowed in the property (includes balcony areas). Guests who smoke will be liable to pay a JPY 100000 for Apartments and JPY 500,000 for Penthouses fine and additional damage charges may apply to compensate later guests who are affected by the smell of smoking or the owner of the property for bookings that need to be relocated to a different property. Housekeeping services: • Service Clean every 2nd day - Includes light clean of rooms, replacement of towels and garbage removal • Mid Clean every 4th day for stays over 5 nights - Includes service clean plus change of linen and vacuum-cleaning of rooms.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
