The staff was great, very responsive and helpful! Location is very nice, 5mins to the lift and to most nearby restaurants. Facilities are nice, and the conditions are very clean. Amazing stay overall

Nicely designed. I stayed at the studio, it was clean, comfortable and warm. One of the reasons I chose this place is because of the washing machine in the room. I’m surprised how efficient and silent it is. The staff are really helpful and friendly. Offered us a sleigh and helped us with our luggages. They also helped to clear the snow on our car.

My bedside table has a huge water stain. While I agree with them that the cleaning of the room can take place once in every two days, I wish the cleaning can be more thorough- they gave us new towels but the used cups were not removed and replaced. Since there was no kitchen sink in the room, it was hard for me to wash the cups.

Absolutely loved our stay. Room was spacious and clean. Also had a washing and drying machine all in one which was very useful. Staff were very friendly and go above and beyond - special thanks to Sophie, Jessica, Hannah, Zach, Honza, Charlotte and Guy. The concierge team were so knowledgeable and always greet you with a smile which makes your day. The outdoor onsen was spectacular as you can watch the snowfall and feel the coolness of the air and snow whilst in the hot bath.

Whilst housekeeping was completed daily, used cups were not cleaned daily. Just a little downside but otherwise we loved our stay and will be back again next year!

Lots to like about Intuition. The staff were exceptional, the breakfast excellent and the apartment was super clean and stylish with plenty of room for our family of five adults.

The apartment was advertised as a Mt Yotei view apartment and view we had from our apartment was not a view of the famous volcano. We had obscured glimpses of the mountain through trees. The management were informed of the misleading description and we were offered a discount on the rate but I wanted a view, which was the main reason I booked this accommodation. Intuition was fully booked so they were not able to offer an alternative, suitable apartment either. It was a huge disappointment to an otherwise excellent property.
