River House at Odette's

I loved everything from this Hotel. I just have a suggestion about the Valet Parking, I think they need a little more of organization.

Beautiful facility.

Rooms are lovely and river views are beautiful. Showers are amazing. Dining choices are excellent, but easy stroll into New Hope for many more excellent dining choices. Roof bar is not to be missed as well as deck bar off of main Odette's dining room.

Amazing! From the second we got there, it felt so comfortable and welcoming! Amazing views, food, bars and restaurants. Cant' wait to visit in the fall!

A master class in hotel design and service. Beautiful property and peaceful setting on the river. Rooftop drinks and brunch at Odettes were great. Valet/check-in was smooth. Room was very clean and comfortable, great bedding and pillows. Enjoyed the large bathroom and amenities like the rainfall shower. Quick walk on the towpath to downtown new hope for shopping and restaurants. 10/10 would stay again

Here's are all the things I loved about our stay... location was perfect along side the Delaware River with views from each restaurant were fabulous. Highly recommended the restaurants at this hotel they were both amazing. The staff were quite helpful and polite. The hotel offers complementary bicycles so you can ride into town or neighboring Lambertville ( just over the bridge). What I didn't like about the hotel... They charge you $20.00 per day for your car. Really? I'm staying at your hotel and you're charging me to keep my car there? Second.. the mattress on the bed was Terrible with a capital T! The staff tried to help but the padded topper didn't help If it wasn't for the two negative items I mentioned I woul give the hotel a top rating.

Amazing staff and professionals. Beautiful design

I had to fix one of the broken lamps next to the bed. There were spiders in the bathroom. The seal to the shower door was broken which caused water to get onto the bathroom floor causing a safety hazard. I also had to pay an additional $20 for valet which I never used. Would not recommend staying here for the price.

Beautiful setting, well appointed rooms. That’s where it ends. Dinner at Odette’s a major disappointment. Waited 10 minutes for our server to greet us, then another 10 minutes for drinks. Barbara was unattentive and awkward. Also slipped in a political comment which was completely inappropriate. Food was mediocre at best. Not one staff member was kind. Valet is a cluster. Feces in toilet and dust an inch thick in room. No ice machine on any floor of hotel. To advertise this hotel as luxury and charge the prices they do is a huge disappointment. As a seasoned luxury traveler, I feel deceived.
