The entire room that I paid for, excellent

entry - only by chance that I saw it, (however, I had not read my email from you prior to arriving, read the email and all was ok, maybe txt when you email) too close to a public bar. Staircase - not elderly friendly key access - hard to get the key out of the keyholder, followed the instructions, but didn't work, was at the key pad for many minutes, was very annoying, lost patience with it.

The apartment was very clean. The kitchen is quite new. While there is minor damage to the shower, faucet and sink, the bathroom is good. There are plenty of clean, fresh towels. It is kind of a really nice place if you can live with the downsides that I have stated below.

The "Apartment" is one of four flats located over a Sports Bar and laundry. There is a huge commercial fan just outside the widow and if it runs at night the whole room resonates and hums. The apartment is basically a large room with 2 internal bedrooms created by a gib-board construction. The rooms have no windows to the outside, but windows into the hallway and living area. The rooms have extraction fans to get some heat out. The problem is that all the 4 apartments have these so you can hear a hum. Multiple bags of laundry were stored in the entrance area to the apartments.

Some water damage in the lounge area and lack of ventilation in the bedrooms.

It was comfortable and spacious.

It could have done with bedside lights. A towel rail by the shower would have been good.
