Close to shopping and restaurants.

No kitchen or dining room open. Hidden cost everywhere including for ice. No instructions on the internet access or minimal food items for choice. Refrigerator not functioning properly.

The pool and the access to beach

Aircon in the room cant cover the whole room, its not strategically located. If the room is up to 6 pax, chairs and tables or luggage storage is not for 6 pax. Customer assistance is bad. No confirmation prior to the booked date, and despite the contact nr provided by booking.com, I only contacted it 1x, despite calling nth time. Receptionist said will get back to me, but i never got feedback. Upon arrival, i told the receptionists. Apparently, they were not moved or took seriously my complaint.
