There was nothing I payed £127 for nothing the building was closed I can't understand a company so big can't notice a closer I payed another £189 to stay at another hotel no food no entertainment room was so small kettle not working thanks for a good holiday

I liked that I travelled for 4 hours, got there and the hotel has been closed for 12 months. But the best part of it was that I payed £230, and got a £14 refund from a hotel that is no longer open to the public. Will never use booking.com ever again.

"Didn’t stay, simple complete rip off !!! Avoid"

Nothing. Couldn’t get into the chuffin place to check in. Customer service numbers 1 didn’t ring, the other no one answered. Disgraceful as had circus tickets booked too but had to drive 200 mile back home with kids through the night and STILL NO REPLY OR EXPLANATION

Absolute scam. Turned up hotel closed, number on door for booking.com who couldn't find another double room for me and my wife. They said this hotel Is under refurb, but it's just a lie to make you book and then after you can't even get a refund. Worst experience of my life.

It was closed and run down, why be open for bookings if you're closed? Pure scammers
