Mango Tree Siargao

Alojamiento muy bonito y exclusivo. Lo mejor, el entorno y las impresionantes vistas. El desayuno muy bueno, aunque te dan a elegir entre zumo y café y debería incluir ambas cosas.

Esta un poco alejado de la zona de ambiente, y cuando llueve no es muy cómodo, ya que entra el agua en el salón, y al estar alejado del pueblo no da facilidad para salir. No ofrece servicio de comida.

A casa é muito boa e o pequeno almoço é servido lá. A envolvente é muito bonita e houvem-se todos os animais à noite. Os funcionários foram muito prestáveis e simpáticos e como era a nossa lua de mel prepararam-nos uma pequena surpresa :)

O check out é até às 10h e para fazer um late check out poderá ser aplicada uma taxa para tal. Eu pedi o late check out para poder sair às 12h30 e acho que foi desnecessário pedirem-me cerca de 30 euros por 2h30 a mais... Tivemos também um encontro com uma barata que nunca é agradável

Unfortunately, we cannot recommend staying at Mango Tree. There’s no doubt the place itself is beautiful and the facilities are great — but there’s a big “but.” We paid a high amount for early check-in, something that was free in most other places we stayed. Our booking included breakfast with a meal and a drink (hot beverage or juice). For four days, we ordered breakfast with orange juice, and no one bothered to inform us that orange juice comes with an extra charge — even though the menu clearly states that juice is included. The cost? 250 PHP per glass! After five days, we found out at checkout that we had been charged extra for every single glass of orange juice — despite it being part of the meal plan. They had several chances to mention this in our WhatsApp group chat, but they never did — clearly seeing us as easy money. When we explained the situation to Juju, he just smiled and said, “Sorry for the inconvenience,” claiming that the manager doesn’t allow him to cancel the charge. They didn’t make any effort to make things right, even though we paid a lot for both the stay and the service. We truly felt deceived and taken advantage of. Another important thing to note — The bed sheets were not clean and had many stains, and there were tons of ants all over the kitchen, tables, and even the bathroom. We honestly felt disgusted cooking in the kitchen because of how many ants there were. In summary: Be very careful and ask them about every single thing, because they try to charge for every tiny detail — something that never happened in other hotels. Sadly, we do not recommend this place at all. The price is absolutely not worth the treatment or the frustration we experienced.

La experiencia en Mango Tree Siargao fue increíble. Cada mañana nos levantamos con un amanecer de película y un desayuno en la habitación servido por el amable staff. Cuando volvíamos de recorrer la isla es impresionante contar con estas instalaciones para descansar. Repetiríamos sin duda!!!!
