Gables Cove Hotel

They gave us a dirty room with dirty bed sheets with period blood stains!!

Uncomfortable, nasty, ignorant, left in less than an hour.

I got up this morning with bumps all over my body. I'm still itching.

The service was not good. They didn’t not provide extra towels and we asked for towels in the first day the gave us extra two. On the second day, the gave us only one. The didn’t provide any hand towels for both days. The shower’s head didn’t work.

Deposit for key never returned even gave us receipt but did not credit.. THERE'S a note on the front counter that they will clean ur room no EXCEPTIONS. the room was clean but the floors were nasty we got out of the tub and walked across the floors our feet were black. Also they went thru every piece of luggage and every thing we had in our room. They are looking to steal your stuff

Definitely sweep under the beds!! & mop floors better overall very nice 31 mins away from south beach. 11 mins away from MIA airport. 20$ deposit only & lots of food near by. Almost forgot the room looks like the picture its no jacuzzi in the rooms but overall it was worth it

Office will not let you check in early. Manager on property but will not open the door for check ins till 3. Was told by my taxi driver that this motel was frequently used for prostitutes. I was literally scared to stay here.

Pictures on website are old pictures obvious has not been updated, had to be moved to three different rooms in the first hour of arrival there was mold on walls and around Jacuzzi area, Hidden fees $10 charge for extra room key wi-Fi and cable was out it says no pets allowed but it was kittens and cats all over the place

From the moment we arrived at the place it seemed like a horror movie.. we entered the room, it looked very old and dirty.. the walls had stains.. the bath tub had stains.. the bed sheet had stains.. there was rust all over the lighting.. there was stains on the roof.. the refrigerator was dirty.. the floors were filthy.. the curtains had yellow stains all over.. the mirrors had dirt on it like it hasn't been wiped in a year.. everything was so disgusting..

This is not a hotel this is a motel for short time for couples, filthy and dirty with broken furniture and dirty sheets, outside of this place also is dirty garbage not pick up in 2 nights we spend with my 10 years old kid, we could not fine another place close to the children hospital either full or price too high, how come this place is listed as a HOTEL
