We had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend this apartment. The location is excellent, with everything conveniently nearby. The apartment was very clean, including the bedding and towels. It is well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including reliable Wi-Fi, a working air conditioner, and a large modern TV. We also appreciated the complimentary shampoo and shower gel provided by the host. The apartment had all the essentials we needed during our stay. The owner was very friendly, responsive, and pleasant to communicate with, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Overall, a great place to stay with excellent value for money.

Unfortunately, during 2 out of the 3 nights we stayed at the apartment, we were disturbed by very noisy neighbors upstairs. After a long journey, we were hoping to get some proper rest, so this was quite disappointing. We would like to emphasize that the owner handled the situation very professionally. He responded quickly, communicated with us throughout the process, and did his best to resolve the issue. We understand that the behavior of other guests is not his fault or responsibility, and we truly appreciate his efforts. However, the noise did significantly affect the quality of our stay and sleep. We were also occasionally woken up by the garbage collection truck early in the morning, although this is probably something that can happen in many locations across Cyprus and is not specific to this property 😄

When we first entered the apartment, we detected a powerful smell of smoke. The management company knew about this condition beforehand but chose to conceal it from us instead of being honest.
