You guys don't have a shuttle

I loved the privacy I had in my own cottage and that I could tuck my feet up on the couch in front of a fire!!

Breakfast was delicious,and a very comfy bed. Lovely cheese platter and the added extras I paid for were done nicely. Overall it was lovely.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The room was large. The bed was large and comfortable.

The website boasted photos of a working fireplace/electric fireplace but had neither. FLASE advertising. The room was colder inside than outside. There was hardly any hot water in the middle of winter. The massage was in a disheveled room - not conducive to a relaxing experience. The owner took no responsibility for the unsatisfactory service but, turned it around on me, the paying client. Never in my entire travelling experience have I been told to ask the owner to “boost” the heat of a geyser for hot water. Or asked to draw cash at an ATM to pay the massage therapist. The room was overpriced for the “value” received. The property has 4 stars. That needs to be reevaluated immediately. The service and correspondence was unacceptable. Small things could have been changed to have made this a better experience. An apology for said lack of service and taking responsibility for their business would have gone a long way. UNSATISFACTORY
