Beautiful and comfortable room.

Room 408. It sounded like we were below a staircase and constantly heard footsteps. It went on through out the night and greatly affected our sleep. Would not recommend

Clean hotel, bathroom was not a great set up for a couple. No privacy. Seems like more of a business traveler room. Reception staff were friendly and helpful.

Bartenders (female) were rude and one was combative and should not be working at a Bonvoy.

Very cool contemporary room. There were dried footprints all over the floor so clearly it hadn't been mopped. And the bathroom door leaves no privacy at all.
