Our room was not cleaned well. The floor was sticky, there was hair and crumbs in the bathroom and main area. The shower leaked through the panel and into the bedroom / sitting area. We used all of the towels to dry the floor after we both showered. I have stayed at the strip District location and it was very clean and well kept for this being a newer hotel I expected more.

Wow! This was an awesome hotel all around. Everything seemed brand new. VERY clean. Very comfortable. The room was awesome, the shower was amazing, comfortable bed, huge TV. I would stay here again and again.

"Beautiful, upscale type hotel that doesn’t break the bank"

My wife and I decided to stay here on our road trip and this was a great place to visit. The hotel is beautiful and has a ritzy feel. But the price is actually competitive with other chains in the area. It’s in a quiet area about a mile off the interstate. The only complaint I have is that it’s a bit of a challenge to get here from I-79. But we would definitely stay here again

"Great visit!"

Over all a wonderful hotel. We were in town for a Steelers game and the location was perfect. Not a fan of the glass bathroom doors that are almost see through. The fabulous bed and pillows more than made up for it. As Gold members we didn’t get our water, but we did get extra coffee pods for the morning so it evens out! Definitely would stay here again!
