the bartender was rude

The staff was great. The hotel on the other hand needed some help. The showers leaked into the bathroom, no matter what you tried to do to stop it. The staff said it was a engineering design flaw in all of the rooms. The hall walls looked scratched and worn. The carpet was stained. A small thing, but ethe water was very hard. I wonder why they did not put in a water softener like lesser hotels I have stayed in.

We enjoy staying at the Marriot. Son lives across the street makes it convenient. Nice room, nice bar and outside sitting area. Rooms are very modern. Close to restaurants, shopping

Small Rooms ...Poor Cleaness

This was a phenomenal experience. We’d never stayed at the AC by Marriott before, but when I tell you we can’t wait to come back, we can’t! The entire experience was top tier. We were greeted with smiles, and every staff member was attentive. The ambiance and decor exuded luxury. We were sad that we were only staying one day! Our room layout was spectacular and we had everything we needed for a more than comfort stay. One of the best parts was the food served at the on site bar/restaurant. Everything was made to order, fresh and delicious. We had wonderful conversation with the amazing bar attendee, Jodi. She was pleasant and took care of every customer providing each of us stellar service. This was one of the best hotel stays we’ve ever had. Marriott you did EXCELLENT with this one.

enjoyed a lovely one nite stay at the AC…Matt checked us in and we were recognized as titanium…hotel felt new and shiny- we love a minimalist design and this felt upscale…we watched the US open outside by the fire- loved this!…there was a wedding party and they were pretty noisy but this didn’t ruin our stay…location was great- this is obviously an up and coming area- love the concept of Main Street- looks like they’re creating a new town!- my only complaint is really with the corporate Marriott office- AC hotels are kind of like courtyards- platinum and titanium don’t really get any perks for staying….no lounge, no breakfast, only 500 points, really no upgraded rooms to speak of, not even a free water or snack…come on Marriott, reward your loyal patrons!…regardless, we had a great stay, recommend to others and would stay here again….if craving a gyro, drive about 2 miles to gyro place in canonsburg…outstanding!
