No keys only door code which was not straight forward

The sofa was not clean or comfortable. There was no option to change the bed , I.e no fresh linen, and owners never available to contact. The mattress protectors both had pee and poo stains on! The cutlery in the kitchen wasn't properly washed.

Natalie was extremely helpful especially as I ran out of battery on my phone and could not go through the check in process easily. I travelled with my service dog and staff were helpful, no disability bother, comfortable lovely apartment very central.

I had to work and kept dropping out on calls and zooms. Other than that everything was perfect.

The apartment was clean, spacious and bright. It was easy to find and very close to our event in Margate. All the rooms were very satisfactory and I would definitely go again. Great location and very comfortable facilities in this beautiful flat that comfortably accommodates 5 and would probably do so for 6.

There was a minor problem with the electrics which tripped when the fan was switched on in the twin room. However, this was quickly resolved.

My son has been in intensive care and pneumonia .I booked the flat based on the photos which showed a corridor with 2 steps in the middle . When I opened The door to the main entrance there are in excess of 20 stairs. I asked the owners for a refund they said booking.com would have to cancel the booking. I called and emailed and spoke on their chat and while the customer service person said she would arrange a redund , what i recieved was an email saying that it was not possible. Booking.com said they couldn’t refund me ask the owner, the owner said they can't refund me ask booking.com I am out £878.88 and would never stay in a place that misleads their customers by not showing photos of the entrance

A little bit tired

The beds and bedding were high quality and crisp, proper white linen. The whole house was very clean and fresh. Kitchen facilities very good with lots of clean, dishes, cookware and cutlery. All 3 bathrooms were spotless with great shower and bath and enough fluffy white towels for all guests in the group.

We liked everything

The location was excellent and the apartment was beautiful and very comfortable.

No ice section in the fridge.
