It was clean

The layout. One bedroom was linked to the living room/dining area. So you couldn’t socialise after people had gone to bed. It was soulless and a bit charmless on the decor.

Deposit was an outrageous amount.

Close to the beach like we wanted

Everything was great

Great location close to seafront with bars, restaurants and cafes all close by. Apartment was clean and spacious with everything you need for a short break. Free parking available close by too. Beds and pillows super comfy and had a great night sleep.

Cozy and comfortable enough once you get inside.

Automated bot messages you and directs you to sign up on their website which doesn't work properly and has no humans interacting with the messages you send back. This system of theirs also required credit card details to be held for a deposit, separate from booking.com... how do i know they won't charge me for something random in 3 months time!? No human contact details provided until after you get through this. The listing contained pictures from multiple flats so the rooms we expected weren't what we got and the sleeping arrangements were different. a few maintenance issues in the property, dripping toilet, damaged fittings, Noisy pub 3 doors down that stayed open 3 hours longer than advertised. Located well within Ramsgate but Ramsgate is not pleasant... For example, the first car park that I tried to use was home to many homeless drug addicts who wanted a tenner to "look after" my car.

I had booked the property for 4 adults and 2 kids (8 & 9 year old), the bed provided was a 1 queen ,1 twin & 1 sofa , the listing mentioned sofa bed, but there no sofa bed just a sofa with an ottoman that kept swaying while you turn on the sofa. The listing is misleading. The toilets and floor were not clean. Even the wine glasses had stains and smelled bad. There was no bed sheets for the sofa. The comforter cover provided with the sofa was dirty too. I will not recommend the property if you are traveling with kids, also the living room was upstairs and the bedrooms downstairs so not a practical one.

Location is convenient & close to shops, bakery & restaurants. Disappointed that the fishmonger wasn't opened on the mon & tues when we were there but we managed to get some fresh seafood from one in Broadstairs by using the Loop bus which was quite frequent.

The accomodation could provide individual resident hand towels rather than one to a room. It would be helpful to have equipment manuals & also a first aid box & better/sharper kitchen knife. Otherwise it was all great

Very clean, spacious with good facilities.

Bit expensive for a young family with three children, £450 for three nights and on booking NOT told about the need for a deposit of £125! Last night kept awake by large group of younger people drinking until 4am (and then arguing and talking loudly outside the front of the building (one of our bedrooms). I think about 10/12 of them came back for a party!!!

Property is comfortable and well located, and access with the door code is straightforward. Provided instructions were clear. Very clean and everything looked recently refurbished.

Check in process is more complicated than it needs to be and asks for a lot of personal information without an appropriate privacy policy to support it - this needs to be fixed. Kitchen is poorly equipped despite the instructions saying it would include basics there was no salt, pepper or oil, no corkscrew/bottle opener, and only a two wine glasses (for a property that sleeps four and a dining table with six seats). Bathrooms are absolutely tiny - useable for a night or two but for a long term stay it would get annoying.
