Location very good. Booking process overly complicated and convoluted but communication once actually booked in was good.

Booking process is drawn out and excessive, as is the damage deposit. Visible crowbar damage to front door lock was very disconcerting.

Very nice and comfortable!!!

The property was nice - lots of stairs!! My thighs were burning for days after. But not looked after well and lots of things not quite right. As it was Christmas we just dealt with it.

The place wasn’t the cleanest, one bed wasn’t made with the bedding left on the floor in the hallway. There was also some tools left out in the kitchen. The dishwasher wouldn’t work. The listing said basic toiletries eg shampoo but nothing was available - only hand soap.

Great little apartment in a perfect location, close to all amenities

Apartment was a little chilly and there were no instructions for the heating or any other facilities provided

Really clean and spacious. Totally central to town. Washing machine /dryer great to have use of. Dishwasher too but couldn't work it out! Netflix etc. Near local car park and on-street parking. I use a mobility scooter and have a Blue Badge too

Sitting room and kitchen at basement level. No toilet down there. I'm disabled so difficult to have to go upstairs as it's hard work, laboured and painful. Ad and photos doesn't make it clear. Slow and bit smelly drainage. Probably just needs unblocking? Ledge as bannister instead of a rail difficult to feel confident with as can't grip on it. I need to haul myself up and hold onto something to descend. Again...a problem more specific to me as disabled with spinal fractures and skeletal weaknesses and pain.
