The Dwellings

It was a very comfortable and relaxing stay. The view from the room was beautiful. The room is modern and new. This is one of my favorite hotels I have stayed at. I would stay here again. The location is also close to Zion Hot Springs which was nice.

Clean, stylish, convenient, very attentive, responsive, and accommodating staff, quiet (small property with free-standing individual units!), well-appointed (fully stocked kitchen!), fenced in yard and turf for dog (the perfect set up next to renting a private home), river and hiking trail connected (Confluence Park) great for morning walk, next to famous River Rock Coffee Roasters great food & coffee

Only thing is the busy road has pretty steady traffic, even at night. However the units all face away from the road into the canyon to minimize street noise and enjoy the nature views. Pool is also very small and wasn’t working when I was there, but there are lakes nearby and hot springs across the street

Nice place. Pretty quiet and across street from hot springs. All kinds of things to do in vicinity. Views were great. Staff friendly.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Dwellings.The room was very updated, Well stocked with dishes, soaps, hot plate, etc .Loved being out the patio early morning to drink our coffee, and at sunset to enjoy the view. It is very convenient to Zion. But the best is the new HOT SPRINGS are right across the road! The new owners are very pleasant people so that is a plus also! We plan to stay again.

Beautiful view. Modern and very clean rental units. Efficient and well use of space within the units. Friendly, attentive and receptive owner and staff. Nice and good coffee and pizza cafe within walking distance and trail to river. Would 100% stay again!

Views are simply amazing! Rooms are very cozy and you have everything you need! Not to mention you have good eats close by!

Pros: this property had a stunning view of the Canyon. Self Check in was convenient and kitchenette was appreciated. Also liked the free car chargers. Cons: There was a loud water pump that went on every time we used the water, and a soft spot in the flooring. Pool did not look appealing. This was right off a main highway with close suburban areas which kind of dampened the rural feel. Would have been nice to have an inside seating area as it was very hot!

This place was great! Conveniently located and a great view from the room. We loved the coffee shop next door which was an added bonus! The pillows were pretty flat so if I was traveling where I could bring a pillow I would but that is just my personal preference! I would definitely stay here again.
