The Dwellings

This is an awesome place to stay to explore Zion and other nearby beauties! The place was clean and comfortable and truly the views are stunning. Having coffee on that deck overlooking the canyon in the mornings was blissful. It's also close to some great food spots, notably the River Rock Roasting Co that's right next door (try the cinnamon roll and their pizzas). We got to meet and chat with the new owners and they were super nice and helpful. They were setting up a little convenient store right on sight, so you can get all your snacks and whatnot right there. We would definitely recommend it and hope to go back!

This place was absolutely perfect after a day of hiking in Zion. With beautiful scenery on the deck that overlooked the river. Very comfortable deck chairs. When we come back This is the place to stay.

Amazing new clean buildings for your stay. Great view and service by the team. Met the owner Bob and he’s very friendly and accommodating. Great place to eat and have coffee right night door.

Beautiful location and view! Very close to a coffee shop that we were able to walk to and order dinner from!

The air conditioner took a long time to cool the space and the room was very hot after returning from hiking all day in Zion.

The Dwellings was super cute. Descent location but on a busy road, so it can get noisy. Inside was cute, kitchenette and small patio. Less than 30 mins to Zion.

Loved the deck overlooking the river and mountains! Room was very clean. Staff was more than helpful and friendly! Highly recommend!
