Excellent place to stay!

Amazing place to stay. Especially unit 16 has a tiny but private yard for pups. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. They even have a sound machine. Very easy check in. This is the second time we have stayed here. Breath taking views and sunsets!

In and out was super easy, the inside layout was great, and the view off the back was as legit as promised

Really nice home away from home. Loved the patio with sunset and canyon views from the Adirondack chairs or railing bar. Nice to have a charcoal grill with charcoal supplied. Very responsive hosts. Note only a hot plate and microwave are supplied, no cooktop.

I really enjoyed this property. They seem to have thought of everything, the amenities were perfect. The contacless check in was a breeze. The room/cabin had everything needed for a fantastic stay. Beginning with the spacious private patio with its fantastic view. There are Adirondack cairs, and a grill, complete with charcoal, lighter fluid, etc. We grilled steaks within an hour of arrival. The room was equipped with a full fridge, microwave, and a portable stovetop. There was plenty of pots pans, dishes, etc. as well. The bed was comfortable as was the pullout sofa. They even supplied custom pet tags with the Hotel information on it, just in case. If ever decided to go into the hotel business, I would copy this place

The floor. What’s up with the floor. It’s perpetually Wet. Like, I thought it was just me, because I took a shower when we checked in.. but then my partner said the same thing. Why is the floor constantly humid. I couldn’t walk on it without feeling gross, wet n sticky. The bottom of my feet turned brown as soon as I walked on it, post shower.. is it condensation? It was 82° outside and inside was 70° The rest of the property was very spacious. I can see why it’s convenient for the off Roading types. Good view. But just felt a bit dirty beneath the surface. The extra sheets for the sofa bed were also kinda gross ( minus the bottom sheet). Luckily I had extra blankets in the car. Overall, it’s a cute property. Spacious. But the wet sticky floor was a turn off. And the subsurface dirt throughout the room.. just felt like it could be mopped/cleaned better.. also, one of the springs in the sofa bed corner is very worn out/ broken so sleeping on that corner proves difficult because you sink. Superficially it looks fine until you actually put weight on it.. It just Seems like it was a lot of, below the surface stuff that wasn’t actually up to par.

Perfect for a small family.

The view and location were definitely the highlights—just 30 minutes from Zion, which was very convenient. However, the stay was disappointing due to cleanliness and quality issues, especially in the bathroom and kitchen. I was assigned Unit #1, and from a hygiene perspective, the bathroom was not properly cleaned and showed significant wear and tear, with visible mold in the corners and bathtub. The kitchen was also subpar—the dishes and containers were of low quality (mostly plastic and melamine), which aren’t suitable for dishwasher cleaning. Additionally, the hot plates had not been cleaned after the previous guest's use. Unfortunately, due to these issues, I would not choose to stay here again.

We stayed here for four nights during our vacation to Zion National Park and this place was such a gem. The accommodations were clean and comfortable, the area was quiet and uncrowded…and the view of the canyons from the back patio was unbeatable. The lodging is about 25 mins away from the park and made day trips a breeze. The River Rock Roasting company is right next door and was our daily stop for pre-hike coffee and muffins and post-hike pizza, burgers, and a spectacular view of the canyon sunsets. Highly recommended!
