Property was very convenient to Zion, beautiful views from back deck close to highway so some road noise

Loved staying here. The view was incredible and we enjoyed being right next to the coffee shop. Would love to stay again

Great, clean hotel

Bekah was amazing. Had a great stay. It was clean and only 20 minutes to downtown Zion. I would recommend this for a two day stay for sure! I also brought my dogs with and we used Rover to have them doggy sat while we hiked for one day. This was a prefect trip for the first time. Thanks to the responsive staff and help with everything. Great job !

It was a great place with thoughtful design and nice view. We enjoyed our stay very much. It’s very conveniently located if you are visiting Zion. The River Rock next door is a plus.

What an amazing stay. After exploring all day, it was nice to grab drinks and food at the store to cook on the grill. All while enjoying the amazing views! We had overcast days so didn't get to enjoy the stars. We headed down to the river one night and enjoyed our time. Hands down, we'll be back.

We had a wonderful stay near Zion National Park! The location couldn’t have been more ideal—just a short drive to the park entrance, making it super convenient for early morning hikes and late evening returns. The property was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable throughout our visit. One of the highlights was definitely the pool, which was a lifesaver in the summer heat. It was a perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring the stunning surroundings. If I could offer one small suggestion, it would be to add a few lamps in the living room area. While the overhead lighting was sufficient, having some softer lighting options in the evening would make the space feel even cozier and more relaxing. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I’d gladly stay here again!

The room was hot and muggy when we arrived, took a long time to cool down. And there was hair on the bathroom door and in the ice cube tray.

My husband and I loved our stay at The Dwellings!! Our son took his new bride there for their honeymoon and told us how nice it was. We loved everything!! It was well cared for and modern looking. The bed and couch were comfortable (we didn’t sleep on the hide a bed though so idk about it) and the view from the patio was awesome! It was nice to have modern conveniences in the kitchen so we could bring/prepare our own food and it was great to have access to a washer/dryer near the pool. The stores and restaurants were close enough to access easily. And I loved that we could get our questions answered in a timely manner via text. It would've been nice to have a toaster oven. We bought ingredients to make muffins then realized we didn't have an oven 😂
