Checking in and getting the room I needed, was a great experience. Room was super clean and spacious. Loved everything about my stuff and highly recommend...

I honestly could not name 1 thing good about this location other than there was a roof over my head.

To begin with when I checked in the man was very rude. He lacked every ounce of customer service. The parking lot and side walks were dangerously covered in ice. I nearly fell every time I went outside. The room was well below the standard I expect to see when I think of a Wyndham property. My room lacked security. There was no bolt or chain lock, merely the turn knob lock. The breakfast was absolutely unacceptable. You advertise a good breakfast with stay. The apple juice was fermented. There were absolutely no choices for breakfast foods other than dry cereal, without eating utensils or bowls, the milk was curdled, and the eggs weren't even refrigerated. I'm so disappointed. I never seen anyone other than checking in the entire time I stayed there. So it was impossible to bring it to the staff attention.

Dirty, unkept, incompetent manager, coffee creamer came out in lumps, feral cats at the front door, numerous broken items in room, lobby windows filthy, a real mess of a place Even the parking lot was filthy... Hard to imagine a worst place to stay.

It was the only place in a snow storm and the front desk man was not polite was rude and then when we weren't sure if our pet bird was going to stay with he was extremely hostile and not professional is understanding of English was clearly a problem and then proceeded to be disrespectful and rude and st check out was 11 am we got out of rooms 16 min later he walked in the room at 11 without knocking and was yelling at me to check out very unprofessional and I hope to never ever half to stay in that location again

Stafff not professional and acted like they were doing me a favor after I am the paying customer

The room size was good and the bed comfortable. The bathroom needs updating, but everything worked. It is an okay place to stay.

My husband, toddler and I stayed on Saturday, December 1st 2024. Room under last name Huckabee. At first I was surprised how nice and clean the rooms felt- until I woke up at 4am with satans pure wrath COVERING MY BODY!! I was NOT happy. The bare minimum you expect from any establishment is a clean and safe space to lay your head at night. Sure, bedbugs happen, NOT this many. This is very obviously from a very, very severe infestation that has been left to festers for MONTHS. When I brought this up to the front desk, the dude told me it can't be bedbugs because that room "just got new sheets and blankets a month ago" (I doubt it, but even if they did- that does not matter?! That's not where bedbugs LIVE.) Per customer satisfaction policy and local laws regarding pests in these spaces, we are 100% entitled to a refund that we were refused. Therefore, we will be forced to go through our bank to get a chargeback. Not the kind of behavior you would display when you would want people to enjoy their stay and hopefully come back some day.
