Location is excellent as very few rental properties in newton ferrers. Visiting friends so the perfect accommodation. Clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Nothing not to like, Thank you

"Cheap & nasty"

Access was good

It was cold and not able to put heating on as forbidden. There was mould on walls and around window, paint peeling in places, the drive not good for a low car, the shower went everywhere, bathroom window opened wrong way, had to use towel to dry bathroom after. Not very private, also a indoor door that host has access made us feel unsafe we put a chair by door.
