Better curtains. More accurate parking details. Website states that we could use garage but arriving notice stated we could not.

The property is on a lovely private lane with views over Dunedin city and the harbour. Lovely and big volume. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

The place was dirty and it feels abandoned. Drainage in all showers are really bad.

The stairs, I think, because we are a bunch of senior citizens!

The house was spacious and was in a great location. Comfortable lounges and beds.

Our main issues are with the cleanliness of the house and kitchen items. We opened the cupboard for a frying pan and there was oil in the pan in the cupboard. We had to wash a saucepan before we could use it. There were stained mugs in the pantry. The table placemats had bits of food on every one of them- Had to clean them before we could use them. Heater in the upstaris bathroom not working. Cobwebs in the upper bathroom. I wonder if the password could be shorter and it is very long and could be changed to a more user friendly one. No Netflix or streamimg- we had a day in due to weather and would have appreciated Netflix or similar. No shampoo or conditioner - really surpising as I have never been to a location with out them being supplied. None of us brought any shampoo or conditioner ourselves. There was no raised shelf or table to balance our suitcase on in any room. Sorry but I think your cleaning team should be told they are not maintaining the house properly for guests. PS light globe nearest the sink has blown.

some of the shower head fittings need adjustment so they dont move around while showering. In addition it would be good if the temperature indicators on the shower and bathroom taps were visible to users

Location. Views. Plenty of space for the six of us. Easy parking access.

No body wash/ shampoos in bathrooms- something that would have been nice for the price. Had to walk down the lane to get the rubbish and food waste bins and bring them back to the house.

Big home. Would of been a beautiful home once upon a time.

This home needs a lot of TLC. We were very disappointed when we arrived to find signs all around the house warning us not to use too much hot water other wise you will run out. Well the hot water only lasted for 2 of us to have a shower. In my opinion if you are going to charge for 5 of us to stay, then at least update your hot water system to allow for more than 2 people to have a 5 minute shower. My girls were so excited to have a bath after staying in motels but that wasn't on the cards as it would of used up all of the hot water. The house was not very clean. There were spider webs everywhere and the windows were very dirty. The toilet brushes need to be cleaned!!!! I almost vomited 🤢 makes me think were the toilets cleaned before we arrived???? I certainly hope they weren't with those toilet brushes. Disgusting. The carpet outside the main bathroom has worn down so much that there are nails sticking out and you can't be quiet walking upstairs as the floor boards creek so much. I was honestly so disappointed and heartbroken after staying in motels for most of our trip, we were really looking forward to staying here. The house just felt dirty and a lot of money for what is was.
