Our room was stunning! 2 bathrooms, 2 TVs, big couch and table. Huge windows that opened to a courtyard. I loved our stay and highly recommend.

"Quality place in heart of Krakow "

Its very nicely located quality hotel. Quiet, clean and with amazing staff. You can enjoy SPA, good food, classical interior and Krakow Old Town just behind the door.

One of the best hotels in Kraków. Stayed with my family and baby. As a gay family we were treated splendidly. I booked rooms for friends and my inlaws. Rooms were superb. Had a little bit of an issue with noise the one day and was annoyed with a rude receptionist but the fantastic Manageress Jana/ Yana stepped in apologised got an update on works done, offered a room change with upgrades. But as she managed to resolove problem we remained in our rooms. Breakfast staff were lovely to....

I don’t receive upgrade benefit even though the hotel was quite empty. The service and staff are excellent. The spa is a great asset. The location couldn’t be better 2 mins walk to the main square. The only real negative was the lobby music which played in the lobby and restaurants. It was a 5 min loop and by the end of our stay was driving us up the wall.

Superb location, staff were all friendly, helpful and entirely professional. Room and facilities excellent. Had a great stay, would definitely stay again and recommend to everyone. One of the best hotels we’ve every visited.
