The place has it s own artistic, unique style. It's clean, about 1 km away from old city center. I can recommend it especially for pairs or group of friends.

First of all, room #1 consists of a small living room on the ground floor while the room is located in the basement without windows (only a mini window at ceiling height), which was NOT specified at the time of booking. Furthermore, cleanliness was quite poor, only 1 towel, half a roll of toilet paper without ever adding a new roll. Finally, the receipt for the 28 euros paid in cash (20 for out-of-hours check-in + 8 for the 4-night tourist tax) was never sent to me, despite my repeated requests. Conclusion: in my opinion to be avoided.

Almost everything!! Private bathroom for a solo traveler and privacy in the room. Very clean and well thought out. Location is amazing! It did have a main street so it can get noisy. Otherwise, nearly perfect!!!

Pleasant check in, clean and comfortable room with nice view and lots of light. Would recommend.

We loved everything. The host is so cool and welcoming. Took time to point out areas of interest. The location was great, not in the heart but close to everything. For me, perfect! The room was so well decorated and the bed was so comfortable!

Everything was excellent. Stylish guest house with great amenities, spotlessly clean. The bed was large and comfortable, private bathroom and living room too. We really loved the decor too. Marlene was super friendly and helpful. What a treat to have booked her guesthouse! 10/10 and would definitely recommend to friends and family visiting Porto!

Well it was pretty clean, next to the house there was supermarket

I do not understand how can someone offer a room without close toilet! It was so humiliating, someone peeing one meter from your head. We had to go to mcdonalds, which was 1 km far away! As well when we wanted to change the room, Marlene told us now or never in the middle of the day (we werent sitting in the house during the day, we were visiting porto!). After we complained, she was ignoring us, she was only able to communicate when she wanted money from us. As well she told us that if we want privacy, one of us should go to the shared kitchen! And there was even more in the disscusion, she was very arogant. As well the wifi worked for like five minutes during our 4 nights stay. Definitely worst experience in Portugal, I would never make reservation for a room with toilet next to the bed if i knew (it is not recognizable from the pictures). If you want to be treated like person, just choose different accomondation, it does not look like on the photos at all.
