Singular Joy Vacation Rentals

The pool and view of the roof top, the location, and the rooms were amazing! However the service is horrible. The rooftop bar has a selection of over priced, mediocre food and they charge for any add ons like ice, cups and water. They claim that the rooftop bar is independent from the rest of the hotel. We had problems with towel service, we would ask the front desk for fresh beach and shower towels and after hours and going back multiple times we wouldn’t get them. So if you dont plan on using their pool bar or their towels, its a great place to stay!

Everything ok, except music noise at night it's so hard

We loved our stay here. The staff were all very nice. The rooftop pool was great with a view of the ocean. Rooms were clean and the maids did a good job keeping up all week. Walkable to everything in playa the location was excellent. Loved our room and that we could cook breakfast there. Would recommended and stay again any time

The property has a good location,clean and everybody is nice , good communication with the host

Stayed here in December and reserved the same room for my son and his girlfriend last week. They were rude and refused to help with anything. After talking to many staff members and the supervisor they said it was an issue with Expedia not the property. They were unhappy with the accommodations I paid for. Not good business at all. Will never visit this location again. Ever!!

Patio door and windows do not lock. Found cigarettes throughout the apartment randomly so clearly it was not cleaned properly. We were only there for 12 hours and got in late so had really no choice but to stay, definitely wont be coming back.

The owner needs to improve with many things inside of the apartment we rented : the couch is horrible old broken ( was replaced by other old couch just different color, funny because she the owner tell us will be a new one) the shower hardware have poor pressure need to be replaced long time ago, windows in main bedroom don’t function properly….in other words room 210 A needs real improvement for the money they charged ….the staff cleaning the place was great kudos to them!!

Would not recommend staying here... I don't typically write reviews but wanted to inform others before booking. Unfortunately, I booked Singular for their central location and affordable price. However, the place is very disorganized in terms of managing their bookings. As this is a condominium, I was not expecting hotel service.. but I think managing a booking correctly should be the bare minimum - this is no reflection on Expedia. Upon arriving, they did not have my booking available and also gave me someone else's room. The front desk kept insisting the envelope was for me but the name on there was not mine. After he called the property manager, he proceeded to give me a different key which led to even more chaos. When entering my room, I saw someone had already been staying in there as their luggage was unpacked. I then proceeded to go back to let the front know the room was already occupied. I was eventually was offered an upgrade to a different room for the night but was asked to check out the following morning so I can check back in to my original booking - the deluxe room. After I packed all my stuff again, I went down first thing in the morning to find out nothing was ready and the new person at the front had no idea what was going on. I eventually found out this same situation has happened to several other people as they were listening to my conversation in the lobby. My advice, please avoid booking here at all costs.

It was a very bad experience. No hot water the safe doesnt work the tvs dont work no hot water soap dispensers dont work. I paid for 2 nights and left after 1 night. Thank goodness the bed waa comfortable..

Its basic. Shower pressure sucks. Rooftop bar is good but food is not so much.
