Nice property but very loud at night.

The hotel was very clean and all the staff were pleasant! Very convenient near hot locations and 5th Ave. I would stay here again next time I come!

I love the location, Love rooftop and our bartender she was amazing. Our rooms were clean, A/c work properly. Not complain at all. Love it.

My family and I checked into a 2bedroom, the layout was ok but the condo was nasty and smelled horrible. The air only worked in the living room so you had to sleep with both bedroom doors open to stay cool. The smell being pumped out the ac smelled of decaying animal. The floors and shower was covered with blond hair. And when I wiped it and brought it to the front desk to show the filth I was given a number to call and report. The towel were dirty brown color and the kitchen towel still had food from the previous guest. I give this place a -10/10 I would never stay there again in fact we checked out 2 days early although it was already paid for. And the noise last til 3 am every night the only good thing is the smell took your mind off the noise. Please don’t stay here people.

Property was within walking distance to restaurants and shops. The jacuzzis did not work and the facility had a leak of water near stairs creating a fall hazard for my parents.

Loved my stay at Singular, just a block away from la Quinta (keep note when booking) rooftop pool views on sunset are amazing. I would definitely stay here again.
