Things were falling apart in the room. Ants around the house. Facilities - gym is run down, aircon leaking. Pool is small and ok.

Its proximity to the ferry terminal and a mall makes it a good base. The rooms are facing the sea and the high floor allows us to be further from the occasional tooting of horns from ferries. Free bottled water and snacks were much appreciated.

Lack of handwash in the bathroom and the shampoo/shower gel came in a recycled water bottle. The dish scrub was black and should be changed. I definitely didn't think it's hygienic to use it to clean our cups and cutlery. There should also be additional floor mats for the bathroom... One outside the shower area and another outside the bathroom door.

The location was very central. The concierge at the service apartment was helpful in getting Grab transport for us. The apartment is clean and simple. The space was perfect for 3 of us. Love the view from the 16th storey.

Need more cutlery in the kitchenette.

The location is very near to the ferry terminal and Megamall. U can just take a 5 minutes walk to both locations, although the shortcut walk is through dark and dingy carpark. The complimentary tea n coffee are so-so. The 2 bedrooms are comfortable enough and the shower pressure is quite strong. The view during sunrise and breakfast is good. Although it was advertised with 2 bedrooms, the living cum dining area spaces is quite small for 3 adults and 1 child.

When we booked this unit through booking.com, we thought it was a hotel. But actually, it's like airbnb. When we wanted to check-in, I had to contact the property owner via WhatsApp. If we wanted airbnb, we could have booked through that app. So it's quite misleading when this unit was advertised in booking.com. Check-in time was very late at 1500hr and check-out was 1100 hr the next day. They didn't even allow for late check out. Television wasn't even working. Owner expected us to fiddle with the TV. We gave up half-way.

The interruption of electricity.

I can't understand why Lovina can't provide us with more keys to access the room. Please consider to provide more keys as having only one key for four different people with many needs is very restrictive.
