Lovina at One Residence

The apartment was within walking distance to the ferry terminal which was a plus point. However, we found ants and tiny cockroaches within the cracks of the floor which kinda grossed us out. Overall not a bad experience but I would have enjoyed my stay more if the apartment had been cleaner

Superb location, right next to the ferry, taxis and a good mall. The apartment had stunning views from 2 balconies and a beautiful pool, which we loved. Good restaurant on site too.

Not as clean as we would have liked or expected, but not a complaint, rather constructive criticism. There is a fridge, hot plate and kettle, 3 plates and mugs but nothing else, so self catering a little tricky.

Upgrade the cleaning service. Electric kettle out of service. Toilet paper shortage for 4 persons stay.

The door leading to the small balcony could not close properly and the toilet had a bit of a musky smell

Location is amazing, just next to ferry center, few minutes walk to Mega mall, very convenient

Sound proof is not very good, we can hear loud music from others in our apartment
