Convenience location (close to ferry terminal) and nice view (next to the sea).

Great location. Residence staff were helpful and courteous. Apartment was clean and furnishing pleasant.

Needed a Micro Oven for convenience.

Good location, close or walking distance to ferry terminal. Near to Mega mall, so you can just walk opposite to get some food or simple shopping. Booked the room for five, but weirdly...only 3 disposable toothbrushes (not an issue), floor were clean, towels provided. Follow the instruction to collect the keys, no front desk personnel to help. But it was generally easy and okay. Host were very fast in responses and friendly.

There were dirty towel in the sink and a lot of insects in one of the bedroom, which we quickly cleared away. The floor and beds, toilets were clean. TV did not work, we couldnt get the remote to work though there was power supply to the TV. So we ended up not using it, which is not a big deal. The aircon air flow was weak, we didnt open the unit to see if the filter was clean, but that is our suspicion.

I booked this for my brother hoping they will enjoy they stay only he call n complain tht Lots of ants,and he got bitten by those ants.bathroom math only 1 and very small.noisy due to work on the other unit. dissapointing for the unit,as can consider they not prepare the room accordingly.

Check in was easy, host responded quickly whenever I had queries. Infinity pool facing the sea is very pretty. Gym has squat rack and multi-purpose machine. Apartment was relatively clean, shower water was hot and had strong pressure. TV had no channels but had access to YouTube. Air-con worked well for all rooms (including living room). Location is great - it's walking distance to ferry terminal and mega mall shopping centre; there was a pasar malam right across Harris hotel (which was in front of the apartment) when we stayed.

Apartment supposedly accommodates 5 people - there's one double bed, one bunk bed (double decker bed) and 1 sofa bed. But when I requested for an extra pillow and blanket for the sofa bed occupant, they said they do not provide more. They only provide 5 towels, 4 pillows and 3 blankets. Essentially, the sofa bed can be opened up to become a bed, but no pillow or blanket will be provided for it. So the sofa bed can only be used as a sofa, not a bed. Maybe they assume that 3 people will squeeze on the double bed. This would be acceptable for 2 adults and a child, but was a bit of a squeeze for 3 adults. There's also no curtain at the glass door to the balcony, so light streams into the living room at daybreak, making it even more difficult to sleep on the sofa bed that doesn't have a pillow or blanket. That said, all these wouldn't be an issue if 4 or fewer people stayed (or 4 adults + 1 child). The host shouldn't advertise this for 5 adults. There's no floor mat for the bathroom to dry your feet after the shower. No rack to put shampoo/soap at the shower walls, so I was balancing my tiny bottles on the tap. Only a single roll of toilet paper was provided so 5 of us had to ration it over 3 days (but i also think it's because Muslims prefer using the water to wash up instead of toilet paper, so perhaps it's just a cultural thing here). Walls are extremely thin, the TV can be heard from the rooms even with closed doors even with lowered volume. And you could feel people's steps on the floor when they walked.

Apartment is very near to ferry terminal. Conveniently accessible to places like BCS and Nogaya Hill Shopping Centre via Gojek.

Apartment is small for group of 4. 2 will be just nice. 2nd room was actually partition out, thus very small w/o wardrobe. Apartment is dirty when check-in. Toilet bowl is yellowish and dirty. There is hairs on bed leftover by previous traveller. Informed Agent about toilet with picture as requested but no action taken thereafter. Next day bcos cleaner wanted to enter unit to take cleaning solution then we have requested cleaner to brush and clean the toilet. Even location is good, will not recommend to traveller that take great deal on cleanliness.
