Appley Lodge

Gareth & Wendy were wonderful hosts. The rooms were very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The breakfast was exceptional and delicious. We looked forward to it every morning. Parking on site was very convenient and the location was great to make the most of our holiday.

There wasn’t anything to complain about. It was perfection.

Gareth and Wendy were excellent hosts and we thoroughly enjoyed staying at Appley Lodge. Even before we arrived Gareth helped me to purchase ferry tickets and reduce the exhorbitant ferry charges in getting to the Isle of Wight. We had a warm and friendly welcome at all times throughout our stay. The breakfast was superb and the room was comfortable.

Being the summer, and without central heating switched on, it was difficult drying our towels. A heated towel rail in the bathroom would be a great addition.

Everything had been thought of and there was a great relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Such delightful hosts.

The welcome we got was outstanding. The room was clean and homely, amazingly thick towels. The breakfasts were freshly cooked and tasty. The location is great.

The best stay I've ever had at a B&B! The host was incredibly nice and friendly, making us feel right at home. The house was impeccably clean and had a cosy, welcoming atmosphere. Breakfast was absolutely amazing, with a variety of delicious options. The location is perfect for travelling to other places on the Isle of Wight. I will definitely stay here again if I return to the Isle of Wight. Thank you so much for offering the stay.

Big hospitality, helpful und very friendly hosts. Good recommendations for restaurants, very good breakfast which provided a good start into the day. Located close to the town centre. Easy walk to pubs and restaurants.
