Hyatt Centric Rittenhouse Square Philadelphia

Nice size room, great city view. Beds were comfy, room was stylish. Buffet breakfast was high quality. Staff were friendly. Location was wonderful.

Aircon was hit/miss, either blew like the frozen arctic or was too hot in the room. While the motion-sensor nightlights built into the bed were a nice safety feature, they were a bit too bright. The included buffet breakfast was a bit confusing - they presented us with a very high bill ($33 each + tip) to sign, and they said it would be sorted out as free when we checked out (and it was). The food was good though.

I was at this hotel for a half day business meeting. The staff at the front desk was friendly and the room and bathroom very clean. The lobby bar was adequate, serving a few local beers. You are in walking distance of much of theatre district Philly.

My room was a lovely size. Cozy and big enough for me a friend. More if anything. Everything went well. Bathroom and room fully cleaned. No issues at all.

It was exactly what was expected and it was clean.

I had a pleasant stay and enjoyed great service from the staff during my stay! Late check out was available, and luggage storage was helpful. Clean and thoughtful room design.

Loved this Hyatt Centric- great location. The spacious room is quite modern with the toilet area being totally separate from the walk-in shower. We ate next door at Barclay Prime- excellent. Experienced a great food tour of the Italian neighborhood and had dinner at Fiorella’s. Philly is quite a town for foodies! Walking distance to baseball, Reading Market, and the historic area.

Dark rooms, mattress and pillows too soft. Entrance to lobby is in an alley with messy street.
