Rumore di notte che veniva dal dispenser in corridoio.

Upon arrival we we rejected at the parking lot. I drive a standard size pick up truck. The hotel suggested another lot. I tried the recommended lot and they said they only have one spot for my truck but that someone already reserved it. I gave the guy $50. He instantly took my truck and put it in that spot. My wife and 2 kids walked with me through a really unpleasant alleyway. We were surrounded by homeless alcoholics and prostitutes. All this happened because the hotel didn’t warn of the parking restrictions. We winded up forfeiting the second night stay and checking out early.

Recently stayed at the Hyatt in Philadelphia for some sightseeing! We were skeptical when we first pulled in. It looked like we were pulling into an alley and the parking valet area was small and dark. Entering the lobby, we were greeted but such friendly and welcoming staff. So helpful! The room and the beds were amazing. Looks recently renovated. Our room came with a buffet breakfast everyday! The breakfast was to die for. I never had such delicious sausage in my life. Ricotta pancakes, fresh fruit and lovely artisan breads for toast. The greatest thing was the location. We valeted the car and never had to move it. Best location for walking to restaurants, shopping and the Hop on Hop off bus stops, which is how we did our sightseeing. We are coming back because 2 nights weren’t enough! I usually do not leave reviews, but I had to on this one!

The beds were ok but not the typical Hyatt beds.

Wish the counter space in the bathroom was larger

The only weird thing is the room layout is such that the bathroom is split up - a separate room for the toilet and the sink is open to the room, and the shower is next to it. The entrance to the room goes through this split bathroom design. Really weird and inconvenient. We stayed in a city view King bed room

Location is great - right by Rittenhouse square. The room was spacious, beds comfortable, good shower. Staff friendly and helpful.

Fabulous hotel - spotless - spacious rooms - wonderful staff with amazing friendliness and helps with anything. Great location in the middle of everything right off Rittenhouse Square

Great location, room was clean and spacious. Good coffee in the morning and within easy distances of both museums and the music venue we came to visit.

No complaints!
