They were filthy!!!! Had bed bugs!!! Smelled like the train!!

My initial room had roaches in it. I had asked to be switched into another room the following morning and the new room I had disinfected with my lysol wipes and everything was dirty. There were marks of dead bugs on the walls. There wasnt a cover for the peephole. My water went cold very quickly. There was no ice machine. In the first room, there was no full body mirror or iron or iron board. In my second room, which was the same exact type had those items in it. When I first asked to be swapped, the front end tried to swap me into the room right next to the one I was staying in. I was in 303, I was told 302 is my new room. Wifi was also in and out. Especially when it started raining. Not all of the outlets worked.

Only thing i was upset about is the refrigerator didnt work.

The hotel was Ok, the room has just what you need and the bed is comfortable. It surprised me that they do not clean your room during your stay, don’t make the bed, don’t clean the bathroom or replace the towels. Even though they have a strict “no smoking” policy, it all smells like cigarette.

The place is nice and clean the staff is very friendly, the building itself is new and rooms are good very close to public transportation, the only problem is the neighborhood is sketchy. If you are up to it you will enjoy it.

Room dirty. No microwave, mini fridge… didn’t feel safe. Seems as if the room door we were in was kicked down at one point.. door didn’t shut properly… key badge to get into room was broken …very noisy all night. Would not stay again
