My reservation was not found wasted alot of time cost me double in Uber to be relocated and charged a fee at the new hotel for checkin out a little later when I checked in at 2 am because you guys lost my reservation at my original location

"Tacky hotel"

Not so good experience. Myself and other customers had to wait about 5minutes before we can find the front desk staff. The mattress wasn't very comfortable, no hot water from bathtubs faucet, cracked floor, very small room.

The hotel itself is very nice for the location. The receptionist is very friendly and helpful. The only downside is the tv, Wi-Fi is included but bring your own service. Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, not included on the smart TV.
