The fish outlet next door played blaring music till 10.00pm. Hot water mixer in shower area did not work in 706

First and foremost right from the gates three days prior I was having issues trying to get in touch with the hotel that I made the booking but due to an error on hotels.com website phone number went to a fax machine. I had to wait almost 3 hours just to get the information of the telephone number and requested for a supervisor to contact me back which never happened. The first agent from customer service I spoke with gave me a wrong number for the hotel so I had to call back again and then the second agent was very very plight helpful and also giving me a $25 coupon to use but when I went to go use it at my check-in the coupon is only good for pre bookings. Which I had asked a couple of times if I was able to use it during my check-in as I arrived to the hotel I was concerned about safety with people selling drugs on a corner and approaching me without reason. Then when getting into the hotel there was nothing stated that there was a so I had to contact a friend to send money. When I arrived into the room the room is in Fair order clean but it does have it infestation of either bed bugs or cockroaches. Other than that's the room is maintained well. The other guest in the hotel were a little loud but manageable but then there was a week of cannabis smell coming out of the bathroom. Overall I probably will not come back to this hotel and I'm still waiting from the phone call from the hotels.com supervisor.

clean rooms The young woman at the front desk was very courteous exceptionally nice my room did not have a fridge she had one sent up to my room. I would recommend a stay at surface inn👍

Property was better than I expected, but the area around was seem really unsafe.
