"Excellent in all aspects"

We did nt have breakfast

Only issue, which is not any reflection on The Silk House, is the parking: No private parking and nearby car parks are short stay

"Very well looked after"

Beautiful building with a cosy feel, and if you're in room number 3 at the hotel then there is a fantastic large Victoria & Albert bath to be enjoyed. The cellar bar is a great vibe on a live music night. Management very available and friendly.

"Leek is a great little town and the hotel was very convenient."

The hotel was in a lovely location, very pretty and the proprietor was very welcoming and helpful.

There was no shower, just a bath. The mattress was very soft- uncomfortable.

Good location with a beer garden .

My wife found the bed uncomfortable. (I slept really well!) The mirror was hanging off the wall in our bathroom and our lobby light didn’t work.

A great location & easy check in. Theres a bar which we didnt use but looked very nice. The room is attractive & clean & good facilities.

Really uncomfortable bed. Think the mattress needs replacing.
